At 9.6% of total rent taken monthly (inc VAT), this service includes a free valuation, arranging safety checks and inventories, full tenant referencing, rent collection, six-monthly property visits and handling of any disputes or notices.

At 60% of the first month's rent (inc VAT), we provide a free valuation and advice to maximise profit, and supply tenants and landlords with the contract and bank details.

At 8.4% of total rent taken monthly (inc VAT), we arrange the tenancy agreement, chase late rent with weekly updates, and provide monthly rental statements.
