Full inventory service for landlords and tenants

Due to the change in law in April 2007, tenant security deposits must be protected under a third-party scheme or agent/landlord insurance, so we strongly advise all landlords to carry out a full inventory of the property, including fixtures, fittings, interior and exterior. The best way to do this is with a digital camera or camcorder, so it can be referred to in the event of any dispute.

The inventory DVD is recorded using a special wide-angled lens. Three copies are made – one each for the landlord, agent and tenant, who must sign to acknowledge receipt of the disk and its contents.
